The Special One - BB x COBORN

£17.00
sold out

We’re tasting strawberry and cherry cola.

Farm: Maria Rodriguez, Palestina - Colombia

Varietal: SL-28

Process: Natural

Altitude: 1,700-1,800 metres above sea level

Our first collaboration of the season is here! Our friends in Hackney, Batch Baby, are known for big flavours so deciding to collaborate was an absolute privilege for us. This coffee has been roasted in order to accentuate the berry brightness inherent to this natural coffee. Although SL-28 is a variety commonly associated with Kenya, when we came across this Colombia-grown variation, we were blown away by the balance of sweetness and acidity. This made it a perfect offering for our Batch Baby collaboration coffee!
