In a pub on the corner of Victoria Park, we sat down for a natter with our friend Siala ahead of her upcoming move to London. Leaving her Brighton community was not an easy choice but the opportunity to head up a coffee program in the capital is a hard offer to pass up. Naturally, coffee was a minuscule part of our conversation in the end.

Musings.

On a fairly sunny day in Mile End, we got the chance to natter with the cycling and coffee extraordinaire, Marta, about slowing down and taking care of her health. Chats about travel, tumours, therapy and living with an auto-immune disease spilled over into Mae and Harvey where we absolutely demolished eggs on toast!
