Our Valentine’s Day coffee comes courtesy of one of our favourite producers, Helena Salazar. This is our first collaboration coffee with our long time friends ELSEWHERE Coffee. It has been an absolute pleasure sourcing, sampling and planning this release with the team. We're glad to finally bridge the North | South London divide :)

*This relatively new variety is low-yielding and has a tree structure resembling that of the Gesha. Its cup profile typically features notes of red fruits, sweetness, and delicate floral hints. We have roasted it to accentuate the red fruits and acidity, hence our tasting notes of raspberry and pink lemonade.
